Need immediate help.  We are making My Handprint stepping stone with the painted border.  The instructions are not specific about whether to paint when wet or after the stone has set.  Please advise.

Hi nonnyshaw,

That is an excellent question. You should wait 48 hours for the stone to dry before you paint it. If you paint it while the cement mixture is still wet, it might not turn out the way you expect it.
