We opened the bag of the purple molding clay for the hand print photo frame, started to knead it like instructed and it just turned stickier and stuck to everything.  As I write this my daughter is trying to wash it off her hands!  It never was firm enough to even remove it from her hands!  A huge mess!  What happened?  We had to throw it away!

Hi Barb,

Thank you for your comments. The clay is usually pretty gooey, but it sounds like something caused it to become exceptionally gooey. What caused it I can't say, but what I can say, is that if you email me at marketing@milestonesproducts.com and include your address, I will send you a replacement package of clay immediately.

Again, thank you for taking the time to write to us and I apologize for your inconvenience.
