Hi there, I love the product and the concept but as I have read here I am not the only person having the issue with the cracking.   I purchased the keepsake kit party pack and have used 4 packages out of the 10 in trying to get it not to crack. I thought I was not kneading it enough so I kneaded it for 30 minutes and it STILL cracked.  I am interested in getting a few replacement trays and clay packages for the ones that didn't work. How do I go about getting those mailed to me?   Please let me know.  Huh
Thank you

Dear Emily's mom,

Thank you for your response.  Please email me your address to marketing@milestonesproducts.com and I will send you the replacement clay right away.  We strive to produce good quality products to create memories that will last a lifetime.  Sometimes, it just happens    Undecided

There is a solution for now and we have added it in the instructions while we are correcting the wetness of the clay.

The problem stems from the clay sticking to the molds. As the clay dries, it can't shrink evenly if the clay is stuck to the mold. If the clay can't shrink and dry evenly, it pulls itself apart causing cracks.

To prevent this from happening, simply spread a thin layer of cooking oil to the mold evenly with a paper towel.  Also, rub some on your hands to prevent the clay from sticking to your hands.

I will include something extra for the inconvenience.

Thanks again for purchasing our product.  We look forward to producing more quality products that will be memorable and last forever.

Happy Craftying~
