For the Mosaic Stepping stone kit, it contains 7 pounds of mix. Empty the mix carefully to avoid breathing the dust into a bucket. Start with slightly less than 2 cups of water and begin mixing. Now, add 1 tablespoon of water at a time until the mix is about like brownie batter. When all the dry powder is thoroughly mixed in, you can transfer the mix into the mold.
Jiggle the mold a little to even out the mix. Use a plastic putty knife or something like that to smooth the surface of the stone. Now you are ready to decorate. Make sure the glcrafty! is pushed in so it's level with the surface so it will stay. You can push the glcrafty! in on its edge to make a dotted line affect.
Leave the stone undisturbed for 24 hours. If you move it during this time, it can crack permanently.
After 24 hours, leave the stone in the mold and wash the glcrafty! using an old toothbrush and water. The next day you can remove it from the mold and sccrafty away any sharp edges with a shank of a screwdriver.
You should wait a few days before you place it in your garden so the stone will fully cure.
